Paulson Sun Shield Visor for Fibre-Metal Hardhats

The PAULSON A-S5-F Smoke/White Sun Shield Visor is specifically designed to help protect workers from the hazards of neck and nose cancer caused by exposure to sunlight during outdoor activities. This visor enlarges the shaded area provided by a helmet to shield the nose and neck from the sun's harmful rays. The transparent front of the visor acts as a UV protective sun glare filter, offering both visibility and protection from UV rays.

Consisting of three parts, this sun shield visor can be securely attached to a helmet using clamps, ensuring a perfect fit. Different models are available to fit various hardhat styles: A-S4-F for Fibre-Metal Full Brim Style Hardhats, A-S5-M for MSA V-Gard Cap Style Hardhats, A-S4-M for MSA V-Gard Full Brim Style Hardhats, A-S4-B for ERB Omega or Bullard Full Brim Style Hardhats, and A-S5-F for Fibre-Metal Cap Style Hardhats. It is important to note that hardhats are sold separately, and each sun shield visor is sold individually.

The PAULSON Sun Shield Visor features ABS sides and a polycarbonate (Lexan) front in a neutral gray color with a transparent finish. The front filter provides UV protection and meets standards such as DIN EN 166:2002, DIN EN 172, Annex II of the PPE-Directive 89/686/EEC, and ANSI Z87.1. Additionally, it complies with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.132(a) regulations, which mandate employers to safeguard their employees from excessive sun exposure based on the nature of their work.
